AmArte Plus is a Sacramento, California–based home improvement company serving Northern California. We provide products and services including flooring, painting, kitchen remodeling, kitchen cabinets, countertops, home renovations and Fix and Flip projects for residential and light commercial clients.

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts or any related systems.
• We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

• Submitting a quote or consultation request through the Site does not guarantee acceptance of a project or a specific price.
• Any estimate provided online, by phone or by email is preliminary and may change after an on-site visit, measurements, product selection or scope confirmation.
• Project timelines are estimates and may change due to material availability, lead times, permitting, weather conditions, access restrictions or unforeseen site conditions.

If you hire AmArte Plus for installation, remodeling or renovation work, the project will be governed by a separate written agreement (“Project Contract”) that complies with California law. For residential home improvement projects over $500, California requires a written home improvement contract with specific consumer notices and terms.

The Project Contract will describe the scope of work, price, payment terms, approximate start and completion dates and any applicable notices. Please review your Project Contract carefully before signing and keep a copy for your records.

• We work to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but errors, omissions or outdated information may occur.
• Actual product colors, textures and finishes may vary from images due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing differences.
• We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or change products and pricing at any time.

• Payment terms, deposits, progress payments and cancellation or refund rules for services are defined in your Project Contract.
• For product purchases, final pricing, taxes, delivery or installation charges and payment terms will be confirmed at checkout or in your invoice.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmArte Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with respect to the Site.

Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or may be specified in your Project Contract. Any workmanship warranty will be described in your Project Contract or other written documentation provided to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmArte Plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to AmArte Plus through the Site, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics and layout, is owned by AmArte Plus or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

• If you submit reviews, testimonials, project details, photos or other content to us, you grant AmArte Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content for business purposes such as providing services, customer support, marketing or showcasing projects, in any media now known or later developed.
• You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect information. Please review the Privacy Policy on this Site to understand our practices.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools or services (such as social media, payment processors or analytics providers). AmArte Plus does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

Accessing third-party sites or services is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Site or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity. We may also suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at our discretion.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability, intellectual property and user submissions) will continue to apply after your access to the Site ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
