Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no signup fee, no monthly cost, and no minimum number of referrals to stay active.
When exactly do I get paid?
After the job is finished and the customer has paid in full. Commissions go out in a monthly run, and you get a statement showing which jobs closed.
Do I have to be a licensed contractor?
No. The program is open to any business or professional who works with homeowners. Restoration crews, property managers, investors, agents, stagers, designers, and trades are all welcome.
Will you take my customer?
We quote the flooring, we install it, and the relationship stays yours. If your customer asks us about other work, we tell you.
Is there a cap on what I can earn?
No cap and no quota. Send one job a year or twenty, the terms are the same.
Which cities do you cover?
More than thirty cities across the Sacramento metro area, including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, and Granite Bay. If you are not sure about an address, ask us.
Can I give my customer a quote myself?
