Client Guidelines for
Your AmArte Plus Project
Simple guidelines so your flooring, kitchen or renovation project in Sacramento and Northern California runs smoothly from first visit to final walkthrough.
AmArte Plus is a family owned company that grew project by project, one client at a time. To keep every job organized and respectful of your home, we follow a few simple guidelines. They exist to protect your time, your property and the quality of the result.
Below you will find what you can expect from our team and what helps us deliver the best possible experience for your flooring, kitchen or renovation project.
What you can expect from our team
Respect for your home
We treat your home or investment property with the same care we would give to our own family space.
Clear communication
You have a main contact person for questions, updates and decisions from the first visit to the last day on site.
Licensed and insured crew
Our work is carried out by professionals who understand the technical and safety requirements of construction.
Attention to detail
We care about alignment, transitions, finishing and the small details that make your project feel complete.
Before your project starts
A good result begins with clear information. When you contact us, please share:
- Your main goals, for example updating your own home, preparing a flip to sell, or improving comfort and function.
- Which areas are included, such as living room flooring, kitchen and dining room, staircase, primary bathroom or full home renovation.
- Photos or inspiration that show the look and style you like. Simple phone pictures are very welcome.
- Any timing you already know, such as a closing date, move in date or listing date for an investment property.
- What you are comfortable investing, even if it is a rough range. This helps us suggest options that make sense for you.
With this information we can prepare a focused visit, give you better guidance and avoid surprises later.
Getting your space ready
To protect your belongings and keep the schedule on track, we kindly ask you to:
- Remove personal items from floors, shelves and counters in the areas where we will work.
- Move small furniture when possible or let us know in advance if help is needed with heavy pieces.
- Keep children and pets away from the work zone during working hours.
- Share any building rules, HOA guidelines or access instructions for gated communities or condos.
- Confirm parking options for our crew and material deliveries.
Our step by step process
Every project follows a simple sequence so you always know what comes next.
1. Initial conversation
You tell us about your home or property, the areas you want to improve and any ideas you already have.
2. On site visit and quote
We visit the space, take measurements, talk through materials and send a clear written quote for the work.
3. Project and walkthrough
After approval, our team completes the installation or renovation and walks the project with you at the end.
For larger projects we may break the work into phases, but the logic stays the same: clear steps and no guesswork.
Changes and extra requests
It is common to have new ideas once demolition starts or once you see materials in place. To keep everything organized:
- Any change in materials, layout or scope should be requested through your main contact person.
- We will explain how each change affects time and cost before moving forward.
- Extra work is only added to the project after your written approval.
After your project is complete
When the work is finished, we:
- Walk the project with you whenever possible and review the result together.
- Share basic care instructions for your new flooring, countertops and finishes.
- Answer remaining questions and talk about any small touch ups that may be needed.
If you notice something after we leave that concerns you, contact us so we can review it with you.
